A welcoming introductory session designed to help new clients experience Vibroacostic Harp Therapy in a safe, supportive environment. Includes: Brief intake and wellness discussion Stress/pain assessment Personalized vibrational response observation Guided therapeutic relaxation Customized live harp resonance session Post-session reflection and aftercare guidance **Please Note:  If you have an active bleeding disorder or thrombus; a pacemaker or insulin pump; or are pregnant; you are not eligible to participate in a VAHT Session at this time.
